Eligibility
Unopened, unused standard perfumes may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, sealed packaging.
Customized products (e.g., name on bottle, uploaded images) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item.
For hygiene and safety, items that are opened, used, or not in resaleable condition cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
