Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused standard perfumes may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, sealed packaging.
  • Customized products (e.g., name on bottle, uploaded images) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item.
  • For hygiene and safety, items that are opened, used, or not in resaleable condition cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Process

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (if applicable).
  3. Items must be securely packed; include all accessories, gifts, and documentation.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
