• Customized items (e.g., name on bottle, uploaded images) are produced exactly as submitted by you.
• Allergies: Please check ingredients on packaging. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

• All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund if payment was taken).
• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the UAE and to select international locations.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier, customs, or unforeseen events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promotions are time-limited and subject to change. Only one code may apply per order unless stated.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
